Welcome to Matt Williamson Motorcycles.

We are an independent, husband-and-wife-run motorcycle dealership based in Bretherton, near Leyland, Lancashire. We specialise in high-end, hand-picked used motorcycles and are also an official dealer for Zontes and Fantic, offering their ranges of new motorcycles.

​

Although Matt Williamson Motorcycles is a relatively young company, our experience in the motorcycle industry spans more than 18 years. Motorcycles aren't simply our business – they're our passion. Matt has been riding and racing motorcycles across multiple disciplines since the age of six and has spent his entire life around the motorcycle industry.

Our aim has always been simple: exceptional motorcycles, fair and honest dealing, and first-class personal customer service.

As a small two-person family business, we're incredibly proud that this approach has been recognised with multiple industry awards and nominations. Most recently, we were finalists for Motor Trade Dealership of the Year in both 2025 and 2026, competing against thousands of car and motorcycle dealerships of all shapes and sizes from across the UK.

Every used motorcycle we offer is carefully hand-picked. We don't simply fill the showroom for the sake of numbers – we select bikes that meet the standards we would expect ourselves.

Our stock is constantly changing, with fresh motorcycles arriving every week and a varied selection covering different styles, manufacturers and budgets.

Every used motorcycle is:

Fully inspected and serviced before leaving us

Supplied with a one-month warranty

Supplied with a 12-month MOT where required

Eligible for additional Warrantywise warranty packages at cost price

We are an official Zontes and Fantic dealership, supplying new motorcycles from both manufacturers, subject to model availability.

Whether you're looking for a commuter, scooter, adventure bike, road bike, trail bike or something a little different, we're happy to help you find the right motorcycle.

Being based in Lancashire doesn't mean you need to be local to buy from us. We offer nationwide motorcycle delivery, making it easy to purchase your next bike wherever you are in the UK.

Part exchanges are considered against both new and used motorcycles. We generally consider motorcycles up to 10 years old with dealer service history, subject to condition and suitability.

Alongside motorcycle sales, we stock a selection of oils, lubricants, motorcycle care products, parts and accessories. We can also supply and fit a wide range of accessories and luggage.

​

Our workshop provides servicing and maintenance exclusively for motorcycles purchased from Matt Williamson Motorcycles, allowing us to prioritise the aftersales care of our own customers.

You'll find us in the picturesque countryside village of Bretherton, near Leyland, within easy reach of the major motorway network and conveniently positioned on a popular biking route towards Southport.
